Shipping Policy

All orders are securely packed using tamper-proof and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary based on courier service performance or external delays.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or email. You can use it to monitor the delivery status of your order in real time.

Full Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• COD orders are accepted only with a partial advance payment.
• For orders below ₹5,000, an advance payment of ₹100–₹200, depending on the order value, is required to confirm the order.
• COD orders above ₹5,000 require a 20% advance payment before dispatch.
• The advance payment must be received and verified before the order is confirmed and processed.
• Orders placed with COD but without the required advance payment will not be processed.
• The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery as per the COD terms.
