1. Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes INR 100.
2. Can I get Cash On Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash On Delivery at a Partial Payment of INR 100-200.
3. How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your order number and the estimated time of delivery.
4. Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?
Unfortunately orders can’t be modified right now, but if you’d like to add products you can always place a new one! And if you need to remove products, get in touch with our customer support team to cancel the order so you can place a fresh order instead.
5. How can I track my order?
Once we’ve dispatched your order, we’ll send you an email with all the shipment details. This includes the shipment number/AWB and the name of the courier company so you can track it on their website. You can Visit Track Order Track
6. How long will my order take to reach me?
We ship your order within 2 working days of receiving your order, so you can expect your shipment to arrive within 5-7 days of placing your order. However, India is a pretty big country—so remote areas and unexpected weather conditions may affect your order time.
